The quality of assignments are not upto the mark so it will be a problem for you to bring new customers and if you fail to meet targets they will harass you unnecessarily. And after the office hour you have to work till 2am in the night to reach out to the students for assignments. Many employees resort to unethical practices like transferring money to their personal accounts. WriteX used to be a very good company when HR's used to listen to the employee's problems and give value to the employees. Gone are those days after IIM return Mr Sunny Sahu Joined the organization. He is the Chief Growth Officer but he failed to give minimum growth to the company. After he came people started resigning from the company. He very well knows how to insult the employees. Unfortunately the management including the directors nowadays has become extremely harsh and rude to the employees, Particularly Mr Subham Prasad (director). No growth and respect you can expect from this company. HR's are the puppet, who cannot take any decision, only says that management has taken this decision. It will say WFH, then force you to WFO. The policy said alternate saturday off, then forced to cut all saturday off, you have to work every saturday. They said to pay for the extra saturdays, but, they won't. Terrible leave policies..they cut salary for aking leave for more than 2 days, even if you took it within your provided leaves.
