Lack of team communication and decision making, worse team handling abilities, low quality work bondings with team members, less flexible interaction between hierarchies, lower systemic functionalities, higher employee dissatisfactions, payment disorders, huge gap in work life balance, bad work environment and others. The major dislike is such a lack of decision making and problem solving abilities among hierarchies along with high level if communication gap and miscommunication. Beware of joining this company!!! All they can do is to insult their employees to their core. The quality of assignments are not upto the mark so it will be a problem for you to bring new customers and if you fail to meet targets they will harass you unnecessarily. And after the office hour you have to work till 2am in the night to reach out to the students for assignments. Many employees resort to unethical practices like transferring money to their personal accounts. The CEO and CGO are extremely rude towards their employees and doesn't have the minimum level of respect when speaking. I hardly sustain 1.5 months and then I resigned from that role. Cgo,ceo,and every higher management and work culture so horrible,,,there is no job security,so pls don't join this company anymore... They involve your personal life,,suday is fixed off day but still after office they will force to work at late night without any reason,,,again you worked whole night till they accused to you,,you're not compatible for this work. Actually all senior are totally psyco,,,they don't know how to treat with company employees,,,their quality of work is too poor,,all students who are in uk or Ireland University,,,,all students failed only for WriteX 's project,,,but Higher authority didn't agree with this(their work is poor that's why this problem arises),,,they only force to employees who converted new students for company business Higher team also use abusive language,,,just too much pathetic culture,, Please don't join this company anymore otherwise your life will hell...Read More

WriteX used to be a very good company when HR's used to listen to the employee's problems and give value to the employees. Gone are those days after IIM return Mr Sunny Sahu Joined the organization. He is the Chief Growth Officer but he failed to give minimum growth to the company. After he came people started resigning from the company. He very well knows how to insult the employees. Unfortunately the management including the directors nowadays has become extremely harsh and rude to the employees, Particularly Mr Subham Prasad (director). No growth and respect you can expect from this company. HR's are the puppet, who cannot take any decision, only says that management has taken this decision. Very very difficult to sustain in these type of environment. They can fire you any time that too without any specific reason. No Job Security at all. You need to available for the clients 24x7, even on Sundays. Moreover they force the employees to give good reviews about the company....Read More
