Job Security and work life balance is good at WNS but lacking in too many levers of job provider.

Dislikes

Company culture, payroll and governance needs a lot of improvement. Leadership isn't open for feedback and just want to run show on their own terms.

There is nothing that I like about this organisation. Selfish higher authorities

Everything. No work life balance. No job security. Even they dont provide you wfh in your emergency situations. Even during floods you have to take your leaves but they wont provide you wfh. Great company 😂

one noticeable thing working with WNS is you have job security, nothing else.

The overall experience is average with nothing exeptional aspects, Appraisals, tends to be on the lower side, no annual gatherings, parties, or team building events apart from traditional day. the parking situation at Vikhroli location is challenging at Vikhroli location with only around 40spaces available for over 1000 employees, as a result many employees have to park their bikes quite a distance away and walk, as the shuttle services are rarely available. Being late due to this transportation challenge is solely the responsibility of the individual, potentially impacting their performance ratings. since your ratings are on the down side, you will hardly be promoted even if you are exceptional at the work you do and deliver, someone who get promoted is usually the person who is the licker among the lot. with no noticeable talent, skip meetings with the HR is arguably useless, as the changes only are effective for about a month or two, and its back to what it used to be after the said time frame...Read More

I am not ok with less employee benifit Food is Just like tapry but prices like five star hotel Transportation has 35km grid with 10 km small small grids.. Job security is good l, but about life security i don't know 😂

No work life balance , very less increments even after going to office daily even during pandemic Lots of office politics If you can do it you can grow No growth in terms of skills , depends on you how much you study company even if you know something they will skip it to later

I will not say that WNS is a worst company but it depends on the process you join... in my process I have worked for 2+ yrs it was a international voice process for insurance domain... the one thing I liked working here was work from home option and few good colleagues... nothing more than that!

the job security wasn't there and the management was treating the employee's terrible just to listen to them, you can't speak up even if u do they'll not listen....there is no any other benefits apart from medical insurance it's just ur salary no vouchers nothing just don't expect anything... there is a lot of partially within the offshore management where the eligible employees don't get anything but the employee's who are close to the managers gets everything even though they don't qualify...and there is no proper communication between the employee's and employers.. even if you raise ur concern u vl not get any proper response... and don't expect any unplanned and some planned leave ls to be approved they'll never do... and if you take unplanned leaves more than 2 days there is no incentives......Read More
