one noticeable thing working with WNS is you have job security, nothing else.

The overall experience is average with nothing exeptional aspects, Appraisals, tends to be on the lower side, no annual gatherings, parties, or team building events apart from traditional day. the parking situation at Vikhroli location is challenging at Vikhroli location with only around 40spaces available for over 1000 employees, as a result many employees have to park their bikes quite a distance away and walk, as the shuttle services are rarely available<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Being late due to this transportation challenge is solely the responsibility of the individual, potentially impacting their performance ratings</mark>. since your ratings are on the down side, you will hardly be promoted even if you are exceptional at the work you do and deliver, someone who get promoted is usually the person who is the licker among the lot. with no noticeable talent, skip meetings with the HR is arguably useless, as the changes only are effective for about a month or two, and its back to what it used to be after the said time frame...Read More
