Salary hikes and promotion are a dream in this company even the current salary you are getting will get deducted in some months they don't do it on purpose but they have made all the protocols and procedures for attendance so you will lose your attendance.

Office canteen is amazing you can get diarrhoea and loose motions free in this company. And no one would even bother to change the catering services all the management.

Worst organisation to work with office politics at its peak management only favours women fnf is created after 80 days. The only thing that will matter is how good are you in follow your managers back. You know wat I mean. If your already hired best of luck.

No matter how hardworking you are, at last all benefits goes to the person who is in favouritism list of upper management. So do your best, and don't keep any hope from upper management.

Team and work load is not good I feel like I am still in school, leaders are like teachers,they should change their occupation,they might look better if they become a teacher,these people force us to work on weekends..other teams our better then our team..and there is no money for OT.
