Company is good, proposed salary also fear if you perform well then you will get good apprisal as well

Once you joined there is no contact and meet with HR person, manager forcing to stretch as per client convient without overtime. They are hiring people who dose not belongs from same domain, manager also not helpful they are following client instruction and not supporting to team members they are focusing ony deliverables.

No Job security ,If you got promoted then hike will be 3k on in hand salary If WFH you need work for 12 to 13 hours. Very bad HR management ,On offer if your ctc having 84000(7k per month) Max incentive then you will never get full so just minus 84000 from your CTC . WNS hire fresher and Experienced (those lost job ) or immediate joiner only. No scope for Notice period like 60 days or 90 days (below Manager level) Transport Management is horrible . If you're fresher then Only join the company, If you hired for Vistra Client just don't join or ready to work for 13 to 14 hours without OT Manager Without Knowledge just taking mess with employees personally.

Cheap Salary,Lot of Politics, Pathetic HR Management No career growth,12 to 13 hours to work. Manager torcher and metal pressure. No Promotion before 18 months
