You should explore Cloud computing or DevOps roles as well. With your diploma and BCA, you might need some additional certifications in these areas, but companies are always looking for fresh talent. For a fresher, the expected salary can vary from 4-7 LPA based on the job role and location.

Have you thought about pursuing a role in technical support or IT services? Since you’ve got experience in BPO, customer-facing roles might be easier for you to transition into.
The salary could start from 3-4 LPA, and you can always move up with more technical skills.

I can totally relate to your frustration with the BPO sector. Since you're pursuing BCA, you could look into transitioning into IT roles like software development or testing.

Sounds like the BPO sector is preparing you for a role in politics with all that bias and drama! Tech might be a safer bet unless you’re planning a campaign run

No work-life balance, no hikes, no perks... are you sure you're not describing a Netflix horror series? Time to switch genres maybe a comedy like IT support ?
