There is nothing to like about this company. The only good thing we are getting are saturday and sunday as week off.

The company doesn't provide cab to commute office during morning shift. The cab is only available at night shifts. There are no perks and facilities available within the company. The management doesn't appreciate employee efforts. also, there is no learning and skill enhancement initiative being taken by management. There is very much Toxic enviornment present in the company as the employee who has skills and perform better are not praised for their contributions. Office canteen is amazing you can get diarrhoea and loose motions free in this company. And no one would even bother to change the catering services all the management.

Worst organisation to work with office politics at its peak management only favours women fnf is created after 80 days. The only thing that will matter is how good are you in follow your managers back. You know wat I mean. If your already hired best of luck.

The overall experience is average with nothing exeptional aspects, Appraisals, tends to be on the lower side, no annual gatherings, parties, or team building events apart from traditional day. the parking situation at Vikhroli location is challenging at Vikhroli location with only around 40spaces available for over 1000 employees, as a result many employees have to park their bikes quite a distance away and walk, as the shuttle services are rarely available. Being late due to this transportation challenge is solely the responsibility of the individual, potentially impacting their performance ratings. since your ratings are on the down side, you will hardly be promoted even if you are exceptional at the work you do and deliver, someone who get promoted is usually the person who is the licker among the lot. with no noticeable talent, skip meetings with the HR is arguably useless, as the changes only are effective for about a month or two, and its back to what it used to be after the said time frame...Read More
