No doubt you will good earn money here but you will be a slave. Typical sales job where you will be bombarded by pressure to achieve unrealistic sales number. Every time you ask for leave they will say performance is not upto the mark. If current month performance is good then they will say last 3 months performance is below average. Salary is on time. They provide good appraisal. Timing is 12-9pm which is good and 40min lunch break 35 min tea break and 10 min comfort break which normally other call center doesn't provide. Employee should be on time that's why monthly on 3rd late login your half day will get counted which will be loss of pay.

Dislikes

No fun Friday, job timing is 12-9 pm but mostly hv to work 30min extra. IT issue on matrix so sometimes difficult to achieve target. No canteen to eat tiffin. Seating arrangement is not well due less office space.
