I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Sir firstly boss purchasing all clothes as article wise then when all purchase stock come in our warehouse then my work is Starts firstly I ready a excel table file in this file I take 15 columns for all data like pp.,mrp,article no.,design no.,etc and also includes size then I uploaded in wizapp software then all data ready to sell Thank you
