The knowledge you gain here is a plus. Organisation consists of experienced but immature individuals who think bossing around is how you treat employees.

Dislikes

No job security, work life balance does not exist. Leave balances are a joke, there’s no way you can cash any leaves you have even if it’s an emergency. Expected to be in office in rain, floods or fire. And work from home in time of rains, floods, road blocks or any disaster is illegal and you will be relieved immediately without a notice period. All these are my personal experiences. Sounds about professional. Appreciation for your efforts are slim to none. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
