Very less focus on employees satisfaction, WNS just consider employees are resources. The policies are also not very employee friendly it is not a good pay master and last but not the least it's always about the client but never about employees.

Monthly meeting with supervisor to discuss the problem faced during the project No discussion of the personal matter during office time, everyone was very professional in my team Everyone was very helpful

If boss is supportive then you get leaves and appraisal ontime

HR team never interacts with you until you resign. They brought NEO app which is worst. They always are unsupportive even try to scrutinize you by giving you LOP even when you are working. They are not at all bothered about employees mental health. Only playing fun friday and rangoli competitions.

Overall WNS experience is wonderful. But I think more interactive sessions must be there with senior management so as to boast the younger cadre

I really want more trainings to be planned for newcomers and relevant skill improvement training sessions for experienced ones

Toxic work culture. Think twice before you accept offer. They will not give u appraisal. Stating on the last movement that you are bad performer. Favourism overload ur mind. Old employee take all the benifits . You will never be treated like them .. As a new joiner you have to work . They will sit back and relax.

Work culture is toxic Management is completely process centric and doesn't care about any employees. Infrastructure is pathetic, feels like working for a government office. Rotaional shifts No weekends off There are lot of things which are horrible...one of the worst places, I have ever worked ( Nashik Site )
