Job security. Even in lockdown the company didn't layed off its employees. Most of them where on bench for 4-5 months before getting job in different process. Salary on time. Supportive management not HR.
Biggest dislike is salary increment which is amongst lowest in the market. And one unprofessional law they have is they deduct Night shift allowance of 10 days in the name of donations every month compulsory. You cannot avoid that.

Only thing I like about this company is they offered me the job
Lack of communication regarding company policies. Unethical practice such as deduction of night allowance in the name of donation that too without employees consent Every month they deduct night allowance of 10 days which is not documented anywhere Promotions are for only those who are friends to management HR are lazy for eg - I got call from HR for exit interview 1week after my last working day.

WNS has supported me a lot and they paid me without working because of COVID-19, but suddenly they gave me suspension letter without any prior notice which was not good.
Due to COVID-19 situation I am really helpless to travel to Pune and stuck iny hometown and I have asked so many times to the manager and HR to provide me software or provide me work from with my personal laptop, However they didn't allowed me and gave me wrong information regarding this and send me suspension letter without any prior notice. This is rediculous situation which I have faced it now and in few days they will terminate me. Really I didn't except this from WNS, they are very very partial between employees in terms of working and promotion. Salary comes in time, work culture is good.
Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Actually the biggest thing in company is if you don't negotiate properly you're going to end up getting lesser salary than previous company, Actually done survey with my colleagues and my friends who work over there all of them told that we get lesser salary than previous company

It's like a semi-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.
