Job security. Even in lockdown the company didn't layed off its employees. Most of them where on bench for 4-5 months before getting job in different process. Salary on time. Supportive management not HR.

Biggest dislike is salary increment which is amongst lowest in the market. And one unprofessional law they have is they deduct Night shift allowance of 10 days in the name of donations every month compulsory. You cannot avoid that.

Due to COVID-19 situation I am really helpless to travel to Pune and stuck iny hometown and I have asked so many times to the manager and HR to provide me software or provide me work from with my personal laptop, However they didn't allowed me and gave me wrong information regarding this and send me suspension letter without any prior notice. This is rediculous situation which I have faced it now and in few days they will terminate me. Really I didn't except this from WNS, they are very very partial between employees in terms of working and promotion.
