Likes

Good culture, no politics, good hikes depend on your ratings but it's for yearly. No problem while taking leaves. Manager can't questions you on that.

Dislikes

Hikes are depend on managers rating and even after top management. Ratings are not specific on percentage. 20% Variable pay on your salary even after in that 20% if 1 lac then 20k will be fixed and 80K not fixed depends on ratings. You can't take transfer to other team without your managers permission and HR will not help you.
