Had a good experience working there but when it comes to paying this company sucks they dint even paid me my salary even when I worked till the last working day of the month then I was told I will be paid after 45 days which dint happened either. No support from them I have even logged a complaint against them on the official platform of ministry of labor and employment

The compensation is bad, you can learn things but cannot earn money and they don't have programs to upskilling you, which I feel is most needed in today's era as things are changing at a good pace.

Not that much pressure of work, so that employees can easily plan their leave and maintain a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Policies are not framed properly, they update the policies very frequently. Nothing is systematic if you need some information you will have to find it at your own. HR team very inactive and even they don't know about most of the policies.

Actually the biggest thing in company is if you don't negotiate properly you're going to end up getting lesser salary than previous company, Actually done survey with my colleagues and my friends who work over there all of them told that we get lesser salary than previous company

There is one HR in Pune, Maharashtra which make fun of candidates. Her name is SUFIA KHAN and she makes fake promises and tell candidates "congratulations, you are selected and please share your documents over mail" and when I share the documents she disappears for around 15 days and then I call the person who took the interview from anonymous number then he tells we have already asked the HR to hold the application. This kind of culture is not expected by the company like WNS. If you don't want to go ahead with the candidate then tell them and don't make fake promises and hopes. Everything, i just cant express my gratitude towards this company , I was working at Magarpatta Pune office My Hr Swati Thakur , my Senior Management and group manager Mukesh Oza one of the best person i have ever seen. Thank you WNS for everything you gave me. I would like to appreciate Transport/ facility/Cafeteria services as well.

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.

Worst management they are not supporting those who are not favourite

Dislikes

I have a leave in my kitty and my marriage was on 24th of November. They are not approved single leave all my leave counted under UPL. And I am chasing my leave since 4 months already advance notification I have provided. They provided leave only girl and those who are favourite of managements.
