Liked some of the Management development trainings I attended.
The leadership is not fair and transparent. There is no flexibility for internal movements to other teams and groups basis the skill and the experience. Once in the company, you are locked to a particular role and reporting hierarchy. No chance for internal movements to other teams where you think opportunities are where you can contribute better (let’s say if you have unskilled in a new technology or subject area) . The leadership at the top calls the shots and can mend the HR policies to suit their way. The HR practices are flawed and not supportive of the employee. The performance appraisal system is not transparent. There is no grievance mechanism to address employee queries or concerns on appraisal ratings. There is no chance of progression for a resource and no other channel to discuss career progression opportunities apart from the current supervisor. Opportunities are where there is budget for the role and the resources often get tagged to positions which is not in line with their skills, aspirations and liking leading to job dissatisfaction and no opportunity to grow after a point. If you are not a part of the inner circle of the leadership, then you don’t grow and easily placed at the bottom layer, standing no chance to grow within the group or move elsewhere in the company putting the employee in a very bad situation. Knowledge is not valued here in this company. I would recommend anybody considering this company to think twice before joining and do discuss the flexibility for internal movements (after serving for some period in a group) at the time of joining this company....Read More

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.
