Pathetic Culture and pathetic management. They have done something with my PF and I am unable to transfer my PF to my new company.Its been more than 9 months that i am behind them to get it done.But every time they will assign a new person to handle it.And the new person will stop responding after a while.Low profile managers and EDs. They have only one decent client that is morgan stanley. To retain them, they do all kind of buttering.HR cant even speak proper english.Dont join if you have any better offer.Too much politics and favouritism....Read More

Nothing, this company is notorious and has some highly rigged/manipulative policies against its employees with respect to gratuity, PF, notice-peroid etc.

This company is torturing those employees who quit, they increase the notice period randomly as opposed to your notice period mentioned against service letter, suppose if your notice period is 2 months they force employees to serve 3 months once you put down your papers. If you are out of the client project then suddenly you can notice that the notice period is no longer applicable to you any more, they ask you to leave the very next day, they don't have any client project with them to arrange for any interviews while you are on bench. Company off late adding lots and lots of fake and positive reviews in public forum to maintain a good image, so don't fall prey for it, some times employees are asked to share the screen and submit a very good review with 5 stars. No job security, even senior resources are getting fired left, right and center once they are out of client project as Wissen is not able to provide any interviews for its bench resources. People are abused by their Wissen managers if they ask for more hike, and they compare you with other resource and make you feel ashamed for having such conversation<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
