Today is 4th Aug and still I'm forced to work from office even there are 2 pastive cases have been found in our odc. Client is stubborn with their terms and conditions and our management don't even care to convince the client. If we don't go office leaves are getting cut and whole project team is just frustrated . Wipro is really good company and not in Wipro Only but overall in IT. If anyone completes their 7-8 years of experience they become Project Manager even if they don't know meaning of m in management. That's what I dislike about the IT. That's what dealing with right now.
