Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Not good communication except the project if you're out of project no one guide you to the next step eg: I was on ML leave then on bench and then LOP suddenly HR called me to apply volunteer resignation after I reliving they asking me to pay the amount bcz of taking extra leaves so that they give reliving letter 😔 it's approximately my 1 month salary.

Drawback is company gives excellent Overtime but the increment is so bad because it gives excellent Overtime but what about those who don't get overtime based on their workflow if they don't have enough work or workflow inventory so that they can get overtime.

Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. Wipro has many projects for technical support profile but the candidate should have been informed about what all things will he/she as an individual will handle. How much of in hand salary will be received. Is hybrid mode available for the project which the individual is greeting tagged to. Manager employee concerns should be addressed by BHR’s which is not done.
