Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Overall benefits are good. Vantage points are very useful.

Client location (ICICI BANK) of thane is horrible and also the managers are very biased based on religion. Also no work flexibility is given to people travelling from very far nor travel allowances are given. Also the Vantage points are distributed among the favourites of managers or goes into their own pocket.

Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.
