A Team Lead
Yaar, FNF (Full and Final Settlement) issues are becoming a real headache these days, especially with smaller companies and startups. 😤 Some of these companies just delay it endlessly or try to find random excuses to cut costs. I had a friend who didn’t get their dues for 6 months after resigning. They had to send multiple emails and finally threaten legal action. Do you think people should approach labor courts in such cases?

An Ops Executive
[smoothapplepie](username) Absolutely! It’s unfair and illegal to hold back someone’s hard-earned money. Most people don’t know that employees are protected under the Payment of Wages Act and can lodge a formal complaint with the Labor Commissioner. But honestly, who has the time and energy for this after leaving a toxic workplace? The sad part is, many just give up. I wonder if there’s a quicker way to resolve these disputes. Any ideas?
