SUPER MICRO MANAGEMENT- If there no work to do, still you have to sit and move your mouse to complete 8.5 working hours. LEAVE POLICY- Whenver you ask for leave they will try to avoid you. No increment after completing 2 years, some employees received 6-7% increment only. - One side cab only - Rotational shift that can lead health issues -Managers are not supportive
