Work Culture is good So far, unless u get the good project, Usually Management is employee friendly here, they will hear you always, and implement the changes once in a year based on employees feedback.. Compensation is ok when comparing to other IT giants..

I was working with Meta Process. Management is really good and they have always got your back. Performance is appreciated if you are a good/average performer by the top management. Multiple improvement opportunities and training provided to help you cope up with your performance.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Since the top management is good you wont face much problem. Appraisal is really low 2-3% or max 5%.

There is nothing dislike in Wipro. Just one thing if you will start your career from starting like after college might be you'll get little bit less pay, but you will get good work life balance and satisfaction also.
