One of the most pathetic thing is Repeatitive task which drains your energy, makes you irate and overwork doing the same thing in different style which makes no sense, less productive and the other one is low appraisal( Main reasons of resignation) Recognition is there but not up to the mark as expected, felt like existing just forname sake. Lack business support unless they consider and see its importance only from their perspective which is frustrating as follow up is such a boring approach. The work environment in Wipro is like an ebb and flow. Somedays you are bogged with work and somedays you just chill around. The crowd around you is at best above average so it's easier to stand out from the crowd with your work. The benefits are decent. You either stay in Wipro for a short period or retire out of it.

Dislikes

Personally, I don't like the austere culture of Wipro. It's a no-frills company and doesn't go out it's way to spend on it's employees. It gives a very 'sarkaari' (Govt. office) vibe which is not aligned with my personality.
