They are providing systems at home so that we can do Work from home.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure Is very high. Salary is also less. So I would like to request management to increase the salary as per the work pressure .

It was good working with wipro if you have good management team otherwise it will become a toxic workplace

Dislikes

Management was not good at all. They were just full of themselves and created a toxic work environment. HR will not support you against team lead or managers. They straight away ignores your request. Even though work was easy the work environment was not good at all.
