Well it was my first job, so that's why I feel enthusiastic while talking about Wipro. I indeed liked the campus and diversity. My work was related to a particular process but I met with different people outside my own process.

The transport facilities were really horrible.

My process was an international process that too US Process, the whole life had changed. I used to go to office while everyone else is coming back and used to sleep at morning or afternoon. Process pressure was normal, but health, that deteriorated.

1) SALARY 1st of the month 2) Fix week off 2 days consecutive

1) Appraisal system- as it's only Quality and production is main, there is no value of discipline and competencies. As consecutive 2 quarter low performance would lead you job less. It's not possible for employees to give good performance for all the time by keeping this fear. Manta support is very important. And if it is good appraisal end of the year very less hike. Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as our production target is a bit challenging to meet. But it's ok to go as there is no such better option in Kolkata.

I was working in an Appeal queue where we deals with appeals and claim processing. We were working good and personally I was working well with maintaining quality and quantity. But somehow queue left from KDC.
