Dislikes

Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package....Read More
