1. Poor growth and very low hike, delayed promotions. 2. No learning due to purely support projects and low quality work 3. Heavy politics and incompetent management 4. Talented educated skilled people are pushed to sideline by mediocre incompetent people 5. Management keep fooling on the matter of onsite opportunities, appraisals are biased. As support system is somewhat okay so you will have job security and sometimes parallel promotions also. But those will not leads to salary hike.

Salary hike is very hopeless and literally no work life balance. You will not get any energetic time for yourself to do any productive things in personal life. Working hours are very horrible and against your body circadian rhythm. You will definitely caught any disease if you work in those outside regular working hours for continuous 1 year.
