Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). I loved the work culture, enviornment and people who are working there. The management was amazing. My managers and colleagues were just amazing and my team was a like a family to me.

There's only thing that can be better in my opinion and that's the salary. They could do better with the pay

Poor appraisals, tranaport also they only providing one side previouly they used to give both side. Work life balence depends on project to project, on paper policy are there but no one follows it.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now
