Wipro is one of the worst MNC one could ever imagine. The senior management and the reporting managers are equally disgusting. No matter how much you prove yourself and the work you do, some leaders have the tendency to pull you down. It’s better to stay at home and look for better opportunities rather than joining Wipro. I’m highly regretting my decision. Saying out of personal experience.

The culture, the managers, the leaders, none is approachable. One of the worst organisation.
