They will tell in interview that this role is for IC and make you to agree to the band which is lower than your experience level and after goin there they will tell you to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

Limited projects and less pool Time. Worst management and once you are out of project you are out of company. Forced to work from office for 5 days/week even when all companies allowed to work from home or hybrid work.
