Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. I dislike how Wipro focuses more on billing than employee growth. Once you’re assigned to a project, it’s hard to get released. They don’t consider employees' career goals, and you’re forced to either stay or leave. It’s frustrating, but I’m still here because of work-from-home, no better offers, and avoiding risks with startups.

Good work life balance Can study anytime I want Not much of putting efforts because of good team balance. Winter Vacations allowed Can take leave upto 2 months and WFH to any time limit is allowed.

Can't make friends implicitly, have to put explicit efforts to make friends so, sometimes, left monotonous and isolated, be it in mess or cafeteria. Over crowded Gyms and Sports arenas so, i hate crowds and rushes.

No promotion and appraisal. Appraisal done in 2 year cycle. No job security as they are asking to resign without any notice. Full of toxic culture and micro-management. Work life balance a big zero as people r working more than 9.5 hrs as well as in weekends. Especially the Kolkata wipro site is full of toxicity

There is nothing good in wipro why because they will select the candidate for fraud analyst and no one has knowledge on fraud analyst in airbnb process they are giving training and many candidates are suffering in the training they are not understanding in the process and they are keeping exam and fail the candidates and they will move to bench for 2 months

Know one want to work in wipro in fraud investigation airbnd process because Management is not good who are joining in fraud investigation airbnd process they are suffering alot there is no staff who have good knowledge in airbnd process there is no good trainer in airbnd process
