Hi
I have 3 offers
- Wipro: 33 LPA [C1]
- Q2 Software: 41 LPA [SDET Lead]
- Blue Yonder: 43 LPA [Staff SWE]
Which one to consider ?
YOE: 14.5 Yrs
Preference: Looking good learning and stability for long term.

You don't need to mention Wipro because of Large salary gap and service company.
Basis the interview you might have got a feel about Q2 vs BY, that should play a large role, these kind of people you are going to work with.
