Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone neither I will rejoin this again in my life. No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive. Bad work life balance. Calls to work from office during cyclone Pay is less and so many deductions after salary Promotions are fake, only known people get opportunity. Job security is only good if you're hard working. No cabs 2 way unless you wait 12 hours. Has bad softwares which track you and does not let you go out of your seat. Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.

Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday. Nothing, worked 7 years under a manager with no promotion no growth no salary hike , even though generated so much revenue for account with handling 15 member team for 4 years.. finally they say good bye..better know when to quit, hard work intelligence doesn't matter always
