Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.
No benefits for employees from organization end. Even broadband claims are not allowed, medical insurance is deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.
