Completed Decade in the organisation. it's Only customer oriented. Employees who willing to learn can learn a lot and can explore different technologies.
Dislikes
No work life balance No good hikes for 9 years completion only 3 lakh hike . Policy only for employees not for Management/HR's. Huge change in policy after handover to Rishab premji. ( Not favor to employees) Very Poor support from GIMS & HR If you really required then .. Poor employees recognition. Don't give single penny to Employees at festival/ Improvement/ Recognition.
