Appraisals & promotion No facilities employee chairs broken,no good quality of canteen food, no MSI , No trainings conducted to learn new software only one Training is conducted by company and that is advance Excel

Hired for java developer role , assured that it's a development project by project manager . After 2 months they said there is no development work it's a support project. Now unable to move to different project

Limited projects and less pool Time. Worst management and once you are out of project you are out of company. Forced to work from office for 5 days/week even when all companies allowed to work from home or hybrid work.
