1. No indian company respect the employee or employee's needs. 2. While wfh is an option then why calling to office. 3. Everything is paid inside office, just water is free. 4. Joined Gurugram location but will call to Greater Noida saying your seat is here. 5. They keep saying policy policy, is policy doing development or the employee?

Hired for java developer role , assured that it's a development project by project manager . After 2 months they said there is no development work it's a support project. Now unable to move to different project

I like the working environment in Wipro .my team members give support well,and the company provides good facilities like food,cab facilities etc. Wipro offers extensive learning platforms, certifications, and chances to work on diverse projects, which help in career advancement.

Limited projects and less pool Time. Worst management and once you are out of project you are out of company. Forced to work from office for 5 days/week even when all companies allowed to work from home or hybrid work.

I will never recommend anyone to join wipro bcoz there are no carrear growth, very less salary increment 2-4% annual hike & work culture is very toxic.

Only one negative thought is Salary is very very less if salary is high our company should be top of the entire world. Every one have this issue Only.This is the reason for Dislike people. And one more thing cab issue for me there is no home pickup and drop daily I am travelling 10km to noodle point actually transport limite is 40kmbut my home is More than 40km can you please provide home pickup nd drop.given less salary in that I m using bus charges daily 50rs....Read More

Office politics and manager favouritism, you will get benifits if you are buttering your manager. If you are dedicative and sincere towards your job then it's not use, all the credits will be taken care by your manager.
