Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

It's bench policy is very bad and sometimes feeling insecure, if you will not get project with in 45 days after one project over, you will be on LOP for 90 days then company will kick you out.

Worst Management Team. Specially Team Leader they are thinking he is the owner of the company. Subhajit Dey in Elevancehealth insurance Team Leader always came late in office. Hr team is the Worst team in kolkata location.

Sometimes, the work pressure can be high, and processes can take a lot of time. It would be better if things were faster and more flexible.

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). They will tell in interview that this role is for IC and make you to agree to the band which is lower than your experience level and after goin there they will tell you to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. No promotion and appraisal. Appraisal done in 2 year cycle. No job security as they are asking to resign without any notice. Full of toxic culture and micro-management. Work life balance a big zero as people r working more than 9.5 hrs as well as in weekends. Especially the Kolkata wipro site is full of toxicity

There is nothing good in wipro why because they will select the candidate for fraud analyst and no one has knowledge on fraud analyst in airbnb process they are giving training and many candidates are suffering in the training they are not understanding in the process and they are keeping exam and fail the candidates and they will move to bench for 2 months

Know one want to work in wipro in fraud investigation airbnd process because Management is not good who are joining in fraud investigation airbnd process they are suffering alot there is no staff who have good knowledge in airbnd process there is no good trainer in airbnd process

It’s a brand. Support functions are good, accounts, admin and HR

Dislikes

No transparency in delivery system. Appraisal system is worst in industry. Although the company has “Respect everyone” amongst the foremost ethics but most mangers assume themselves as gods. Whatever company earns, employees get the minimum increments, most goes to higher management's pockets.

I loved the work culture, enviornment and people who are working there. The management was amazing. My managers and colleagues were just amazing and my team was a like a family to me.

Dislikes

There's only thing that can be better in my opinion and that's the salary. They could do better with the pay

Poor appraisals, tranaport also they only providing one side previouly they used to give both side. Work life balence depends on project to project, on paper policy are there but no one follows it.

1. Career growth is very slow 2. Managers are not that much up to the mark 3. It's up to your luck and your manager or sm should do your PR everywhere without reason then only you will get promotion 4. Your work matters very less and your integrity doesn't matters
