present the situation is like managers and TL are trying to terminate the tenured employees from company with silly reasons I really suggest the management to look into it

Good company if you are offered a good package while joining. Never expect too much from Hike from promotion and hike cycles. Work life balance depends on the projects, we can take work from home when needed.

Work culture is pathetic. I was associated with Meta as a project leading training and there is no strong leadership setting expectation with the client about their approach with our teams.

Lot's of internal politics and worest behaviour from higher position people like TL's and managers. No body cares if you are talented.you need to just fold your hands and obey the orders from them like dogs then you ll get anything.
