Overall benefits are good. Vantage points are very useful.

Dislikes

Client location (ICICI BANK) of thane is horrible and also the managers are very biased based on religion. Also no work flexibility is given to people travelling from very far nor travel allowances are given. Also the Vantage points are distributed among the favourites of managers or goes into their own pocket.

Dislikes

Completely horror show in GDO account. No transparency in management. Few lazy individuals how are being in account like more than 10+ yrs they are leading the account like their own business. HR 👎🏻 HR never care about the employee concern where found managers are arrogant in work culture. More over HR is most active on raising PIP and PAP rather than findings and understanding.

Wipro has recently introduced ROTATION POLICY, and they are forcing employees to change current project and go for multiple rounds of interviews, client round, drug test, background verification and many things, but NO SALARY HIKE it's like a mental torture

There is nothing to like abiut this company, this is the worst company be it for fresher or experience. They kick you out if you fell terminally ill or force you to resign.

Everything, If you fell ill they will force you to resign or at least try they know they gonna be in big trouble. Nobody tries to get you project but after 3 months they will try to stop your paycheck because of their 45 days pool policy. Worst company ever

Work culture is cool in my project. Only fixed time and no pressure for me but others in some projects feel have huge pressure. Allownaces are good so can be used. Huge priority on mental helath.

Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.
