It's a toxic work culture where people are promoted based on their region , language, my north indian manager promoted couple of guys from his hometown and even got them H1B , I140 approval , while the hardworking and talented individuals from south continue to keep working and are rarely considered...keep pushing your manager forsomething after so many years in the account, all you will get is a rotation policy based release from account...learn how to hold a bucket else you will get lost in this vast and corrupt corporate world.....Read More

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.

Not even conducting any programmes for any Indian festival so it lacks in good environment. Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday. No promotion and not even getting good appraisal from the management So after seeing all these if any interested join then it's there own risk
