There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone neither I will rejoin this again in my life. No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive. There are 8 peoples who are moved or left the organisation and we did not get provided with any backup which resulted in increasedwork pressure, extending our shifts and it's like an only option like if anyone did not complete their task they have to extend and then complete it....Read More

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

The work culture and the work life style is really good. Working with the team feels very friendly atmosphere to handle any kind of critical situation we deal it with team

We receive less response from Hr and manager, no perks for hard work no recognition
