Wipro has come a long way in creating a vibrant working space, pantry, cafeteria. Though an Indian company, its gradually moving towards US culture with Indian touch. There is no issue with Job security.

Dislikes

Only 2 issues I found is Wipro is not giving the tax benefit from fuel refill and pushing for CLC to avail this benefit. Another issue is related to internet reimbursement which should be ideally part of WBP instead of being taxed.

Brand name Wipro is the only good thing. Freedom to take break as and when needed

The list is long. The office resembles more like a college than a corporate company. No canteen facility just pantry and 2-3 vendors selling junk food. Dress code policy does not exist office looks like Delhi Metro 😂. HR and Managers are a joke they do not intervene when needed and interfere when not necessary. You will see people using filthy language on the floor where calls are taken, sometimes the clients do hear it 😂. There is no respect for individuals here and you can be treated badly if you are not wise enough. Lot of office politics, lot of unnecessary drama. Some people get work from home some do not even if required. People are forced to come in to office even if they are unwell.
