Support and maintenance projects are very bad. No work life balance. Projects are not assigned according to your skillset, basically you will be hired for a particular project but you will be put in pool after selection, where you have to find a project for yourself within a time stamp. You cannot change project so easily. Managers are not supportive.

The list is long. The office resembles more like a college than a corporate company. No canteen facility just pantry and 2-3 vendors selling junk food. Dress code policy does not exist office looks like Delhi Metro 😂. HR and Managers are a joke they do not intervene when needed and interfere when not necessary. You will see people using filthy language on the floor where calls are taken, sometimes the clients do hear it 😂. There is no respect for individuals here and you can be treated badly if you are not wise enough. Lot of office politics, lot of unnecessary drama. Some people get work from home some do not even if required. People are forced to come in to office even if they are unwell.
