Salary is on time. Staff behaviour is very good and the coperate to their juniors. Salary hike every year at minimum amount and no bonus that will be already mention in ur offer letter. There is no job security

Dislikes

Salary is not good. Career growth is to slow. There is no proper off for sunday and no fix time of working.

As a site engineer in the starting days of my career in this company I face many problem. But i learn and staff are Coprative to the Junior and i achieve the position where I thought in this company.

There are no opportunity for job security, caree growth. Work environment is avarag but work life is so poor, no holidays 24x7 work, salary paid in time, but management is so poor

Dislikes

No time table for work, no increment, no bonus, no PF, no holidays, if you go to home for leave your salary will be deducted

Work Details

My work is challenging, I am a supervisor but I work in store and side both 8 am to 6 pm in store and after 6 they send me on side, no time table, no store keeper stay in site for misbehave by management. All presser face by me
