Here you will get good knowledge which will boost your career .Company will never leave you if you perform as per their exception ..job security is high but all depends on your hard work..they will never cheat you on your money or documents.And you will get good increment and bonus also.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
