for fresher it's good learning company to familiar with agile methodology, working with real time projects.

I served my service there for 2 years and seriously it was worst experience to me. No was there to teach you anything, everyone wants to complete the work in minimum time. No internet facilities only 2 was available in my group among 120 people. You can't use your mobile to fine the solution and you have to keep into the locker while entering the office. Worst things with company is that you can't increase your skills set means you can not read any skill related documents on your desktop itself to improve your self to stand in the corporate field. Some times you will see your manager behind yours seat and he will interested to know like what are you reading ... you are planning to leave the office and suddenly you will find they are giving more work, tried to push you to work after office hours also so you can't go for interview outside or even on phone also. Worst Experience: Their Managers treated as "GULAAM" you will be feel like you are working in jail. I will not recommend to anyone to spoil your career there, Because it's a Defense Navy Research Department all staff obey the British East India Company protocol.Some times their intension to ruling over normal/ agency people who are working there....Read More
