The pay is ok.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Dislikes - The present principal is worst. She doesn't know how to run a school. Even the coordinators are also waste, teachers know more than them. No skill developments training are provided by the school. Most of the students from village, so they don't know how to read and write. The location of the school is interior, no Ola, Uber available during emergency.
