It's a great place to work at. Mr. Vishal who is the CEO is a great person to work with. He is very inspiring and there is a lot to learn from him. Absolutely a fantastic prison. The director is a fabulous person as well. He continuously keeps in touch with every person of the company. In all great place to work, very motivating place. If get a chance would surely go back.

There's nothing to disliked about those place. It's a great place to work at in all aspects.

The comapny adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am the part of a team markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
